Changing Your Recorded Name In Voicemail
If you have a Cisco Digital Phone and want to change your recorded name follow this procedure:
Log into your voicemail by pressing the message key on your phone
Go to option #4 - Setup
Go to option #3 - Personal Settings
Go to option #2 - Recorded Name
Listen and follow the prompts to record your new name
