Full Notes (paraphrased):
We spent this meeting adding to our timeline so that we can use it as a visual for our presentation to the faculty on 1/17/07. After some discussion about whether to do it in PowerPoint or not, we decided to use the paper timeline as our visual aid and to put our mission statement up on the monitors. Val will make a Web site with the mission statement on it. [Note: it is now here]
We should talk about the following during our presentation:
- visit to the MET school
- visit to Boston Art Academy
- fundraising: plea letter, gift wrapping @ borders and @ craft fair
- Lee Urban’s community letter introducing Elizabeth
- meeting with David Ruff (Southern Maine Partnership) about academy models and small schools
- PATHSFest: Tues., May 15th. We need more interactive activities
- Elizabeth’s work revitalizing/rebuilding the contact database
