Full Notes (paraphrased):

The Met School visit: we decided that Jill, Phil and Vicky will go, probably on January 10th. They want to see/talk with the following:

• principal
• students
• special ed team
• LTI team
• advisories
• alumni?

Elizabeth will be sending out the plea letter. Dave N. asked whether the letter could also be sent to business partners on the PATHS business partner list. Also, maybe we could put a small statement into the paycheck memo. Elizabeth will check with Sue Steele and Tina Mikkelson about the business partners–we don’t want to duplicate requests for money.

On Tuesday, Chip Curry came to visit and helped Vicky with some organizational structure. Vicky says Chip thinks it’s "OK [for us] to be in the mushy zone."

At the VISTA conference, Vicky learned about fundraising with corporations and partnering with colleges. She has some great handouts on fundraising, and some contacts for people doing robotics and tech at Vermont tech.

At our next meeting, we will work on the timeline.
