Full Notes (paraphrased):

short-term goals checkin: we need to keep building our timeline.

Next meeting: Monday, 11/13, then again after Thanksgiving. We have 3 meetings to finish the timeline.

Elizabeth: one short-term goal coming up is the grant-writing workshop. On 11/20 the letter will go out to ask for money for our artist-in-residence program. Could people please write a personal note on the letters of people you know?

Send contact names to Elizabeth, also.

Funds for postage could possibly come out of the Student Activities Fund. Need to ask Dana about this.

11/18 craft fair: any volunteers to help wrapping presents? Please bring in boxes and wrapping supplies. Elizabeth will send e-mail to the staff requesting boxes and wrapping supplies.
