WHO CARES?
People that legalize things like this don’t put a second of thought into whether it’s DISRESPECTFUL.
What we want to know is: is it LEGAL?
If it falls under the First Amendment, yet we still feel the need to outlaw is on ground that it is DISRESPECTFUL, then what Demitrius says IS true: “the constitution has been there it was just never effective”.
